With many years of experience from heavy industry and a degree in maintenance engineering and Asset Management, I help industrial companies develop smarter maintenance strategies, improve reliability and create long-term value from their assets.
My specialist areas are preventive and condition-based maintenance, IBM Maximo and systematic improvement work. I optimise maintenance processes, improve decision support and build structured ways of working that lead to higher availability, more efficient use of resources and fewer unplanned stops.
